Our goal is to get your order out as quickly as possible. Keep in mind that your shipping time starts once the order has been received by the carrier. During high demand periods like holidays, it will take 1-2 business days to process and fulfill your order before it’s received by the carrier.

We have two shipping options to meet your needs, listed below. Please note that the delivery time listed below does not include the processing time to prepare your order.

  • Standard Shipping - 4-8 Business Days – FREE
  • Expedited Shipping - 2-3 Business Days - $9.95

Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive an email stating that your order has been received along with an order confirmation number. Note that this is not your shipping confirmation. You will receive another email once your order has shipped and the carrier’s tracking information becomes available.

Yes. We've taken several steps to ensure all information received from our online visitors is secure from unauthorized access and use.

If for any reason you would like to change your order, please contact Customer Support service as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.

  • Verify the shipping address
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery
  • Look around the delivery location for your package
  • See if someone else accepted the delivery
  • Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.
  • Wait 24 hours - in rare cases packages may say delivered up to 24 hours prior to arrival

Once your order has been placed, a pre-authorization will occur on your payment method for the total amount of your order. You will receive an email stating that your order has been received with an order confirmation number. If for any reason your order, or any item(s) from your order, is cancelled, your order total will be adjusted accordingly and you will only be charged for the item(s) that have been shipped. Any changes to your order will be communicated to you via email.

Once your return has been received and processed, a credit will be issued back to your credit card. Please allow twenty-one (21) days to account for transit time and return processing before you receive confirmation of your credit. This includes the 3-5 days your banking institution may take to process and post this transaction to your account.
