COVID-19 RETURN POLICY
As we continue to navigate through this difficult time, the team here at JAG Jeans will remain available for support. We’ve now extended our online return window to 60 days to give you more time to focus on what’s important right now. Of course, you can continue to shop our newest styles at jagjeans.com, as well as contact us at email@example.com with any comments, questions or concerns that might come up.
Returns and Exchanges
- We only accept returns or exchanges for garments purchased through the JAG Jeans online store (www.jagjeans.com)
- If you have a concern regarding an item purchased from an independent retailer please contact them directly
- We will be happy to accept free returns or exchanges purchased from jagjeans.com within 30 days of the original order ship date
- All returns should have the tags still attached. We cannot accept washed and/or worn merchandise.
Deviations from the guidelines below may result in a delay of the return processing
Just go to www.jagjeans.com/rmarequest to request the pre-paid return label
The return request will be reviewed and approved within 1-2 business days and will come in the form of a PDF attachment that will need to be printed.
Once you have the label on the outside of the package you may arrange pick up with UPS (by phone, online or dropping it off at a UPS store).
Please be sure to include the original packing slip in with the return.

Please allow 2-3 weeks to account for transit time and return processing before you receive confirmation of your return or exchange item(s).
To do an exchange, we require customers to return unwanted items through our returns form and place a new order for desired items.
If your return situation involves unusual circumstances and/or you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your garment, please get in touch with us and we will be happy to assist you.
